Even
though the office opens at 7:30am during the week, we do not answer the
phones until 8:00am. Generally, this is because we are busy with
surgical patients coming in each morning and those who are already
hospitalized.

The
doctors are available by appointment only. We generally see
appointments from 9:00 am until closing.
Our schedule is very flexible with enough notice, and we will do
everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Our doctors begin their surgical
schedule promptly at 8:00 am, when all patients have been admitted. All pets coming in for surgery are
to be admitted when we open and are
ready to go home the same day. Please see the
surgery page for more
information about drop off and release. Please call or email
our office if you have any questions regarding appointments.

If
the office is closed and you have an emergency, please call the Anne
Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Annapolis at 410-224-0331.
They are open 24 hours a day, and on weekends and holidays if your pet
needs immediate attention. Since our doctors are available by
appointment only, sometimes a trip to the E-Clinic is necessary, even
during office hours.
Drop - Off
Service is available
ONLY for special circumstances. You can make an appointment to leave your pet
with us for a few hours or the whole day. We can perform
examinations, x-rays, vaccinations or any other service, and your pet will
be ready to be picked up at your convenience. Please call to make
special arrangements because this is not always the best option.
Do you need
assistance with your pet?
If
you need any help getting your pet into the hospital (they know where
they're going, don't they!) or if you would prefer for a technician to
hold your pet while with the doctor, please let us know.
